He served as Public Policy Manager at Meta, leading Sub-Saharan Africa’s strategy on elections, digital rights, youth risk, and AI regulation. Previously, he was a Google Policy Fellow, contributing to cutting-edge technology governance initiatives.


A prolific author and speaker, his work has been widely published on AI governance, privacy, and human rights, with extensive media coverage including The Guardian and The Nation.


He has played a key role in shaping landmark legislation such as Nigeria’s Digital Rights and Freedom Bill, the Nigerian National AI Strategy, and Sierra Leone’s Cybercrime Act.
